{"id":115271,"date":"2025-08-28T14:40:47","date_gmt":"2025-08-28T14:40:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cordobaturismo.gov.ar\/?p=898067"},"modified":"2025-08-28T14:40:47","modified_gmt":"2025-08-28T14:40:47","slug":"cordoba-presente-en-hotelga-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/hoycordobaweb.com\/index.php\/2025\/08\/28\/cordoba-presente-en-hotelga-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3rdoba presente en Hotelga 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con la presencia de destacados referentes de los sectores hotelero, gastron\u00f3mico y tur\u00edstico, comenz\u00f3 <strong>HOTELGA 2025<\/strong>, la exposici\u00f3n de tendencias e innovaciones para hoteler\u00eda y gastronom\u00eda que se desarrolla hasta el 29 de agosto en La Rural, CABA.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la Agencia C\u00f3rdoba Turismo<strong>, <\/strong><strong>Dar\u00edo Capitani<\/strong>, encabeza la delegaci\u00f3n provincial que participa con un concepto enfocado en <strong>la <\/strong><strong>productividad y la distribuci\u00f3n de productos cordobeses hacia el sector hotelero, gastron\u00f3mico y comercial<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> En esta edici\u00f3n, la propuesta incluye la presencia de productores vinculados a los <strong>Caminos de C\u00f3rdoba<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> el Camino del Olivo, el Camino de la Miel, el Camino del Queso y los Caminos del Vino, con especial foco en aquellos que cuentan con capacidad de comercializaci\u00f3n a gran escala para hoteles, restaurantes y cadenas de distribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cC\u00f3rdoba tiene una enorme riqueza productiva que hoy se pone en valor en el marco de una feria que es clave para la industria hotelera y gastron\u00f3mica de Argentina. El objetivo es generar oportunidades comerciales y de capacitaci\u00f3n para que nuestros productores puedan llegar cada vez m\u00e1s lejos\u201d, expres\u00f3<\/em><\/strong> Capitani.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en el stand de C\u00f3rdoba se realizan <strong>degustaciones, catas y maridajes<\/strong> a cargo del chef invitado <strong>Javier Marianelli<\/strong>, donde el p\u00fablico general, la prensa y autoridades del sector conocen y prueban la diversidad de sabores de la provincia.<\/p>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n cordobesa tambi\u00e9n incluye <strong>rondas de negocios<\/strong> con referentes gastron\u00f3micos, cocineros, formadores e instituciones del sector, con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer v\u00ednculos comerciales y difundir los productos locales. En este marco, autoridades de Fehgra, encabezadas por su presidente Fernando Desbots, visitaron el stand de C\u00f3rdoba y mantuvieron una reuni\u00f3n con Dario Capitani y los productores participantes, con el fin de profundizar lazos de trabajo y capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Hotelga, reconocida como la feria m\u00e1s importante de hoteler\u00eda, gastronom\u00eda y turismo del interior del pa\u00eds, se consolida como un espacio de actualizaci\u00f3n y profesionalizaci\u00f3n.
